Janet founded Skinner and Associates in 2000 with her unique first-hand experience in recruiting candidates from the viewpoints of the corporate vendor, the hospital system, and the executive search firm.

Prior employers included Baxter Healthcare, (Recruiting and Training Manager), Tenet Healthcare, (Physician Recruiting Manager) andHealthcare Recruiters International,(Healthcare IT Recruiting specialization).  She combined these talents to create a company that holistically understands the needs of not only the candidate and client, but also those attempting to connect candidates and clients. Skinner and Associates has evolved to meet the needs of the HIT industry as the hospital industry changes due to regulatory and compliance pressures. Her specialties include Healthcare IT, Imaging and Informatics.  She is focused on Executive Search and Client Development for Skinner and Associates.

Kimberly has over 10 years of third party healthcare recruiting experience in the Healthcare IT, Imaging and Informatics industry.   She is a Business/Marketing graduate of Florida State University and has worked for Skinner and Associates for over 10 years. In her current role as Recruiting Manager and Contract Administrator, she is focused on direct hire placement, contract placement and contract administration for our provider and vendor clients.
